Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, was gently honoured with his graduation day accessories.
On April 11, at the University of Cincinnati, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles centre Jason Kelce, accepted their college diplomas in a “surprise commencement” ceremony. The pair performed live for their podcast New Heights, with Travis, 34, standing out for wearing a beaded bracelet that looked a lot like the ones Swift’s fans are known to trade on her Eras Tour.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, both brothers have already graduated from the university—Jason, 36, received a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and Travis, 22, received a degree in interdisciplinary studies in 2022—but they weren’t present for their commencement ceremonies.

He has several bands on his wrist, one of which resembles the friendship bracelets that Swift’s tourgoers exchanged a lot. Though it’s unclear what the bracelet spells, it looks to contain letter beads.
Travis has participated in the Eras Tour bracelet craze previously. Before they ever began dating, he really made an attempt to present Taylor Swift, 34, with his own do-it-yourself design.
He was wearing friendship bracelets when he opened for Swift during her Sydney, Australia, show in February 2024. He is seen dancing while wearing beaded bracelets on both of his wrists and grinning towards the stage in a video that was uploaded on X.
At the press conference for his brother’s NFL retirement, Travis was also seen wearing bracelets with beads. The football player is seen wearing three bracelets in pictures from the March 4 event, one of which is a friendship bracelet made of beads that spells out his name, Kelce.
After going public with their relationship in September 2023, Travis and Swift have helped each other reach professional milestones in the months that have followed. Throughout the previous NFL season, the vocalist of “Cruel Summer” supported Travis at a number of games, including the Super Bowl, where the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers.
Travis will go with Swift as she prepares for the European part of her two-year Eras Tour. The couple “are making plans for the summer and are excited to travel together in Europe when Taylor takes her tour there,” an insider told PEOPLE.
